You know them by the headlines....  The worst thing is every time one of the big electrical or facility failures occurs, it does significant damage to the overall data center and outsourcing industry&#039;s reputation.  How does Lee Tach approach CMMS or M&amp;E Maintenance? Any advice?]]></description>

I would add in way of expansion on the Maintenance and Operations sections the need for robust change control and QC processes on the facility side of the house, along with a compresensive training and certification program for the engineering staff. Effecive operations and maintenance is shockingly negligent in all too many supposed top tier facilities.]]></description>
