We’re looking for a partner to build a joint Israel & Palestine project to create multiple video conferencing facilities to be placed in public locations across Israel and Palestine to facilitate communications for the multiple cross-national groups that direly need such facilitation.

The basic concept is:

1. Facilitate communication
2. Give this dialog a public podium (real-time video casting & archiving of interactions)
